How to Create an Account

Creating an account on TaskGig is quick and easy:

  1. Click the "Register" button on the homepage
  2. Choose your role (Worker or Employer)
  3. Fill in your basic information (username, email, password)
  4. Select your country
  5. Verify your email address
  6. Complete your profile setup

Once your account is created, you can start browsing tasks (as a worker) or posting tasks (as an employer).

How to Browse and Find Tasks

As a worker, you can find tasks that match your skills and location:

  • Go to the "Browse Tasks" section from your dashboard
  • Tasks are filtered by your country by default
  • Use the search bar to find specific types of tasks
  • Check the task requirements and proof type needed
  • Click on a task to view full details
  • Submit your work with the required proof

Make sure to read the task description carefully before starting work.

How to Post a Task

Employers can post tasks to get work done:

  1. Make sure you have funds in your account
  2. Click "Post Task" from your dashboard
  3. Write a clear and detailed task description
  4. Specify the proof type required (photo or code)
  5. Set the target country for the task
  6. Set the payment amount
  7. Review and publish your task

Be specific about your requirements to get quality submissions.

Supported Payment Methods

TaskGig supports several payment methods:

  • PayPal: International payments, widely accepted
  • GCash: Popular mobile wallet in the Philippines
  • Maya: Digital wallet for secure transactions

Payment processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Make sure your payment details are correct to avoid delays.

Understanding Proof Requirements

Different tasks require different types of proof:

  • Photo Tasks: Screenshots or photos showing completion
  • Code Tasks: Source code, implementation details, or demo links
  • Research Tasks: Links, documents, or summaries
  • Social Media Tasks: Screenshots of posts or interactions

Always follow the specific requirements mentioned in each task to ensure approval.

How to Withdraw Your Earnings

Withdrawing your earnings is straightforward:

  1. Go to the "Withdraw" section in your dashboard
  2. Make sure you have at least $5 in earnings
  3. Select your preferred payment method
  4. Enter your payment details (PayPal email, GCash number, etc.)
  5. Enter the amount to withdraw (minimum $5, maximum $10 per transaction)
  6. Submit your withdrawal request

Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days.
